Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PropPanda, operated by PropPanda Inc. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use PropPanda. Pretty straightforward.

What PropPanda Is

PropPanda is a property management platform that helps landlords collect rent, manage tenants, track expenses, and organize documents. We provide the tools — you manage your properties.

Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use PropPanda
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• One account per person — don't share credentials
• The information you provide must be accurate
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account

What You Can Do

• Use PropPanda to manage your rental properties
• Invite tenants to the platform
• Collect rent and send invoices
• Upload and store property-related documents
• Track income and expenses

What You Can't Do

• Use PropPanda for anything illegal
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use the platform in ways that could harm other users or our infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to PropPanda

Pricing & Payments

• PropPanda costs $3 per unit per month
• New accounts get a 1-month free trial on all units
• Referred users receive their first unit free for life
• We bill monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
• If payment fails, we'll try again and notify you. After 14 days of failed payment, we may suspend your account
• No refunds for partial months — but you can cancel anytime
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. When you cancel:

• You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind
• After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
• You can request immediate deletion by emailing us

Your Data

You own your data. We don't. PropPanda stores your data to provide the service, but the property information, tenant records, financial data, and documents you upload belong to you.

Payments & Financial Services

Rent payments are processed through Moov. Bank connections are handled through Plaid. PropPanda facilitates these transactions but is not a bank, payment processor, or financial institution.

• We are not responsible for failed or delayed payments processed through our payment provider
• Transaction fees charged by the payment processor are separate from PropPanda's subscription fee
• You are responsible for compliance with local rent collection laws

Availability

We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee 100% availability. Sometimes things break, servers need maintenance, or the internet has a bad day. We'll do our best to keep downtime minimal and communicate about planned maintenance in advance.

Limitation of Liability

PropPanda is a tool to help you manage your properties. We are not:

• A law firm — we don't provide legal advice
• An accounting firm — we don't provide tax or financial advice
• A property management company — we provide software, not property management services
• Responsible for disputes between you and your tenants

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropPanda's total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify PropPanda against claims arising from your use of the platform, your properties, or your relationship with your tenants. We build the software — how you use it is on you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
